You Have Questions? We Have Answers!

We will do our best to get back to you with an offer within 24 hours!

Once you complete the form on our website our underwriting team will analyze your property and determine how much we can offer. Requesting an offer is free and there is no obligation to accept so there is never any risk in receiving an offer. If you do accept our offer, we will send you a purchase agreement to sign (this is generally done electronically via Docusign but you can also receive a hard copy in the mail at your request). Once the agreement is signed our team will handle of the closing details for you to ensure the sale closes by your preferred date. Unlike a traditional sale, there is no appraisal, no loan contingency, no requests for you to make repairs, and no hidden closing costs or fees. We take care of everything!

We buy houses, condos, townhomes, and small multi unit properties in just about any condition in many major cities Nationwide (link to Where We Buy Tab).

We can generally close as quickly as 10 days or take as long as you need up to 90 days. Everything is on your timeline.

No problem! Unlike many home buying companies we take properties with tenants in place. Even if your tenants are not paying or behind on their rent we will work with you (and them) to come up with a solution.

Many sellers don’t realize how many fees are involved in selling a property. This includes realtor commissions (typically 5-6%), Title/Escrow/Attorney fees/Transfer Tax (typically 2-5%) and repair/remodel costs. Unfortunately we see many sellers that focus only on the top line offer price and not on how much they will actually net after all these fees which can often total 10% or more of the sale price. Our offer is NET TO YOU meaning there are no hidden fees, repairs or surprises later in the sale process. Remember its what you actually keep that counts!
